Research Interest:   Poultry Nutrition and Nutritional Biotechnology Research interests lie on poultry nutrition particularely biotechnological applications in poultry feed and feed industry; management approaches of indigenous (desi) chicken and ducks, broiler and layer-type chicken; production and egg quality.

Research Interest:   The domain of my research includes Poultry Nutrition, Physiology of Reproduction, Reproductive Immunology, Molecular Biology, and Proteomics. My researches in the field of Poultry Nutrition focus on finding alternatives to antibiotics for the production of safe broiler meat as well as developing sustainable technologies for reducing feed cost of poultry production.  I specialize in least-cost ration formulation, TME and AA digestibility, NIR, de novo feeding technique, separation of IPVL from follicles and oviposited eggs, in vitro sperm-IPVL interaction assay, acrosome reaction, a gelatin-slide technique for acrosomal proteolytic assay, sperm physiology, protein quantitation with Lowry and Bradford methods, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western, far-Western, 2D gel electrophoresis, RT-PCR, molecular cloning, affinity chromatography, immunocytochemistry, immuno-electron microscopy, immuno- and co-immunoprecipitation (pull-down assay).
